Time will allow any true DIY'er the ability too learn, the Carpenters help there folks needed, because the prior Carpenters did not allow for any pre-protection on this moisture damaged 20' patio ledger that needed replacing. So when Craigs Clout got the Carpentry correction call to Repair it, I made it clear that this Carpenter will pre back prime it, I.O.W. protect any material thats hidden, so the painter will not be ever touching those areas of pieces placed. And this Carpenter used the
( helper Jig I used) to carry the weight of the other end of this 2x6 (image above)
All things are possible in a "can do" thought path!
