Problem Solved

Hi again Folks. From last months Blog, the rain that had not been caught & redirected by the Rain Gutters, destroyed the exteriors battened down Low Siding & the Low Siding such as T&G or Shiplap will have tiny shelves that begin where the Dry-Rot Wood take place that we all want to avoid.
Now all the while the rushing water from the front of this property rushed to the lower back section and found a hole in a the concrete foundations stem wall.
And of course after some unaddressed amount of time this natural element began rotting all the interiors trim work too. As to allow Me start flashing my Top Quality Craftsmanship skills. Every one of the int. base boards & casings trim had soaked up the wall. As too expose the challenge of repairing their debacle, under budget that is.

Wound up that I could fabricate Craftsman Style Plinth Blocks, image above. Artisan details that add wow factors for their R.O.I.!

 The rotted areas got cut away using a Woodworking Tool known as a oscillating saw for the fine finish appearance the home owners were looking for! All back primed prior to the final painting. Problem Solved!! Thank You for revisiting .....

Interesting enough when visiting clients homes and reviewing their wish lists. I'm obligated to ask if they have a material discard spot I'm able to view and decide if there is anything I'm able to use and therefore save them costs overall.          When the swindled table degree is set at zero (a perfect right angle) on that saw, let just say a lumber milled 2x4, you will have a 100% square cut available to You the user everytime You're ready to pull the trigger, as well as an exact 90 degree incision when producing sawdust, upon setting this 11.5 lb bad -boy on the lumbers factory milled edge and lining the blade above Your pencil measurment mark, once getting the hang of it, although the carbide tip blades available do give an accurate clean swipe and leave little splintering trails,  you'll want the chopsaw for the finish work.

Nice to know how everything can still be of purpose with a little bit of imagination. This should be acknowledged as the 8th sense. Just because it broke or became out of date, it doesn't necessarily have to mean "let's dump it". We can just about always  find it can be RE-PURPOSED with implementing this 8th sense, into something else.
                  Here we had a bed frame that got discarded to the curb. Thats when I got the text telling me that nearby is alot of nice finished wood you might be interested in.
Wrapping up what I had going at the the time. I eventually got the address plugged it into my best buddy google and it was actually in route to home. So I swung by and saw what exactly it was they had mentioned, threw it in the truck and continued homeward. It seems suddenly
Tic-toc goes the mental gears in my head and a house member shrieks "where's the WD-40" so I suddenly hollar it's under those " ........ And started laughing.
