Storage is often private, so when it is shared, this is one design correcting THAT issue! IE.: The Carpentry Wall here was Built from wood, in the shared garage is now a wall that seperates both Duplex units .

Note: the bottom plate is a pressure treated 2x atop the concrete floor. And at the driveway end, this structure was built out of a pressure treated stud to minimize any moisture coming under the front seal & causing wicking damage! Hence: (go the extra mile for Your "why")

Carpentry??

I recently received a call from a potential future Client (little did I know @ that time)! So, this bizarre "ask" of them was quite simply, "Is there anything You can do with this" ha-ha. After studying their this, I went back to My/Your neighborhood woodshop, & grabbed an afternoon tea, Sat too think about It a bit ........

After measuring some of My piles an idea came to Me! Checked my neighborhood Woodshop again, then made that ever important phone call to set-up that appointment too see them a 2nd time.  

As it turns out I'll be doing some Furniture repairing for an old drawer to fit the area, so it'll need some clever creative fixing/Repairing. 

Now comes in the E6000, the wood to plastic help I'll be requiring. Just way too cramped for this Carpenter, so any gun or even hammer won't work, ok, I'll shift this Carpenters gears a bit and makes Us All happy!

- Once the original was duplicated, it then became this Carpenters production line. To produce His existing outdated pattern for 5 more, here below:

Solve-Fab-Sustain 101

My next challenge was following another Tradesman that recently completed his contract. This could be a common Low Siding mistake or a whole wall application to be waterproofed, same as before, because here the flashing paper needs some serious methodical attention. This is a necessary (Elect. Panel) ext.wall protrusion, but it actually doesn't have bordered flange at the bottom.

Now, If the paper is laced & overlapped, weaved (old to new) exactly per code, it'll pass inspection & be perfect forever. A Carpenters custom crafty pair of in bay blocks will work as the foundation backing to do just that. Let's get too Waterproofing! If it's Wood it's All good!! The Carpenter Solved it Again & the neighbors gave their visual approval ......

Fixing Fried Skirts lol

          Hey there!! Let's start with; I'm very bless to have the privelage of "getting the call" first off and then to be able to help this young Gent. So, Him being this next assiting New HomeOwner Boss of mine this time, was a gem I got too work with. That ended up discounting His Final Cost for Him!

He was My Boss for His New Condos damaged stair skirt Job rebuild (image before below). With a bit of patience this turned out great, and turned that

into this (next image), identically flipped to use for both sides. But the pattern needed lots of adjusting and (We lost Mr. Jiggy, he had to say goodbye!) IOW, the proper tool to use here. But the end results made it worth the sacrifice. A non-stop vision forward & Remain focused on Our Goals too fruition ......... Always!!

Carpentry 101

One more dust shelf eliminated. Just chaulking, no extra shoe moulding here. When the Mag. shows it'll be a Carpenters Quarterly Win-Win, so, no shoe, and give it too the Painters!

 This Guy's ideas were certainly giving Me another paradigm, I should have been paying Him ..... lol!

Outside the box thinking is incessantly welcome!!

And simply observe, the ask was to hide the existing unforeseeables but adapt into this gorgeous new Entry Iron Door (surrounded by "do not alter" the existing brick work) like I was never ever there. So ..... Custom, custom, super custom sized new lumber and altered finish trim put together to give this (mage above) a good chance. 

Then She hired, these referred strangers but (really great painters) for the finalizing, and they show up too complete this beautiful Foyer, that gives the Owners enjoyment for a lifetime!
